Mission Statement
As the board of trustees for the Winchester Hills Water Company we will continue to deliver
the shareholders of Winchester Hills quality water at rates that are competitive with the
surrounding companies and municipalities.
In order to accomplish this goal we will commit to do the following:
- Maintain the current system through preventative maintenance.
- Research ways to improve the current system.
- Improve the efficiency of the current system to lower operating costs.
- Meet state codes and regulations.
- Research methods to improve water conservation.
- Be fiscally responsible.
As we commit to the above items we know that we will be able to meet the present demands of
our shareholders and continue to provide a quality product and service for years to come.
